Milan, April 29, 2022 – Sababa Security S.p.A. (“Sababa Security” or the “Company“), a leading Italian operator in the cybersecurity industry providing an integrated and customised offering of products and managed services to protect different IT and OT environments from cyber threats – listed on Euronext Growth Milan – following its announcement on February 28, 2022, announces the opening of the wholly-owned subsidiary Sababa Security Iberia SL, based in Madrid, which will be headed by Hedi Marcassoli, Managing Director Iberia.
The internationalisation process of Sababa Security is going on and, after Uzbekistan, the company arrives in the Iberian Peninsula, with the aim of meeting the growing demand for cybersecurity solutions in Spain and Portugal. The main reason that led Sababa to make this choice is the strong similarity of the Portuguese and Spanish markets with the Italian one in terms of customer needs, demand structure and competitive environment.

In this regard, Sababa Security will leverage the collaboration of an ecosystem of vendors and distributors with whom it already has been partnering in Italy.
